I grew up in Avesta Sweden with gymnastics and circus, that later on lead to dancing at the age of 16. 

To advance, I moved to Munich Germany where I graduated from "Iwanson school of contemporary dance" at the age of 22. I then began my career and performed in different parts of the world by participating in operas, dance shows and tours in countries like England, Egypt, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Japan.

 

After several knee injuries and my life had come to a turning point I moved back to Sweden (Stockholm) after nine years abroad.

 

A passion for training and movement has always been in my life, so when I couldn't continue professionally anymore I found a new passion in helping others.   

 

I've been working as a coach/personal trainer since 2019, with a unique focus on Mobility/Movement & Handstand.

I want to make an impact on peoples lives by teaching them how to MOVE better.

To help people by getting rid of their limitations in their every-day-life. This will ultimately induce them to live a life with a healthy, happy & functional body!
